Previous Next Dr. Nadir is a Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physician and completed her residency here in Arizona at Maricopa County and Good Samaritan Medical Center in 2006. In addition to practicing with American Medical Associates (AMA) in a Primary Care setting, Dr. Nadir also works full time as a Hospitalist for Dignity Health including Chandler Regional and Mercy Gilbert Hospitals. With a broad scope of practice, Dr. Nadir aims to provide comprehensive care for her patients including early diagnosis and treatment. Dr. Nadir is also a Licensed Cosmetic Injector and owns and oversees treatments and procedures done at Vitalize Med Spa (VMS) and Vitalize Infusion Center (VIC). Dr Nadir did her late schooling in NY and has lived in several different states but then decided to settle in Arizona after she came here in 2001. He received his bachelor’s degree from Wright State University in 1999 and worked in a wide array of settings taking care of geriatrics, adults, and pediatric patients. Through this experience, he has developed a compassion for wanting to help and treat individuals with mental health concerns. Michael completed his Master’s of Science in Nursing from Eastern Kentucky University in the field of Psychiatric-Mental Health across the lifespan. He believes the best possible outcomes can be provided through a variety of different treatment options tailored to each individual including medication management with components of cognitive behavioral and supportive therapy. Previous Next Dr. Khan is a board-qualified Nephrologist practicing with this practice since 2008. Dr. Khan also works at several East Valley hospitals including Chandler Regional Medical Center, Mercy Gilbert Medical Center and the Banner health facilities. Dr. Khan completed his residency in Internal Medicine in 2007 at Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn NY. He practiced as an Internal Medicine physician for over 6 years prior to completing his fellowship in Nephrology in 2017 from University of Arizona (UofA) in Tucson, AZ. He currently resides in Gilbert, AZ with his wife and 4 children. In his time off, Dr Khan loves to travel and spend time with their family. He is vested in the well being of his patients, not only from a renal, but also from an internal medicine stand point. He has extensive background and experience in civil & structural engineering as well as construction projects. He builds enthusiast level computers for relaxation. He works on and modifies performance automobiles and machinery as a hobby in his free time. His favorite author is Stephen Hawking and is a huge fan of all his work towards the field of theoretical astrophysics. He finds it relaxing to build, modify and fix things.
