Christina began working in healthcare when she served as a combat medic in the Army. After 3 years of service, Christina completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education from Arizona State University. She obtained her Master of Science/Clinical Counseling degree from University of Phoenix in 2016.

Christina is passionate about helping people reach their potential to live an authentic life encompassing mind, body, and spirit. She has a wide range of extensive experience working with addiction and recovery, depression, anxiety, cognitive delays, attention deficits, personality disorders, and life transitions. Christina utilizes an eclectic approach with treatment modalities to include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy/CBT, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy/DBT, Positive Psychology, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy/ACT.

Christina is an Arizona native. She has been married for over 20 years and has 5 boys. Christina loves to spend her time with her family camping, playing games, and fishing. Christina also enjoys singing, dancing, and meeting new people
